First time ordering & it was a large garden set to be delivered on a pallet.
I was over the moon with everything, the super fast delivery, quality of the garden set & communication form seller.
Defo use manomano again.

Whole process of ordering and delivery was first class. Required furniture urgently for guests arriving, and request for speedy delivery was expedited with efficiency. Would definitely order from Mano Mano again.

Had quite a good experience with manomano. Had an order delivered to my bosses house in Glasgow area. Due to the fact they don't deliver to my postcode but that's nothing unusual for some companies which is fine. Order got delivered to the address which was good and the collected and brought to me. The only real issue I had was I had a tracking link for evri for 2 boxes and I should have had 3 was quite confused as to what was going on. Turns out the 3rd item they used on a another courier but I did not have a tracking link for this so couldn't see it was delivered. Anyway was there to be collected with the other 2 boxes from evri. End of the day I'm happy but I feel a lesson to be learned by providing full tracking links for the various couriers to prevent any confusion with customers for potentially lost items.

Bought some chairs for £144 . This order is not manomano this is sub sent by another company called groundforce.The quality was awful. After much complaining and the original company employee of accusing me of ‘ using my disability’ after a few weeks I gave up. Will never buy anything again from here as you have no idea who you are actually buying from and the photos do not match the quality you get.
When you complain you are directed to the supplier who then does not give two hoots about the product they sell.
The supposedly disabled person dealing with my claim ‘Linda’ told me I was using my disability as a tool . Absolutely unbelievable! And manomano did nothing! The asked for video but they could not be uploaded due to limits and then dead… no more contact.
I would say don’t buy the quality is not checked by manomano even though they companies sell through them it’s like wowcher or groupon. Wasted of time as far as customer care…

Bought a garden light extension lead which never arrived
Wrote an email to Mano Mano regarding item not delivered
They wrote back saying the seller has been notified and will get in touch in 48 hrs
This was over 2 weeks ago and I still not received my extension garden lights lead
I shall not be shopping on Mano Mano again just beware as you won’t c your money again

I recently purchased a toilet frame and push plate from Mano Mano. After 13days of waiting for the frame (the plate came in 3 days) even though I had an email saying it was dispatched I had to chase delivery only for them to send me an email saying it was now out of stock and discontinued and they had refunded only the frame leaving me not only with the loss of time waiting but a useless push plate which I had still paid for. After sales were not interested in helping eaither. Use these at your own peril!!

I ordered 4 items for the garden. After putting in my order I realised the top soil was vastly over priced the website said you could cancel items so I immediately did .
I must have written about 20 E mails back and forth . They don’t read the Emails and just keep asking for information I’ve already sent. I have two items out of four one being the top soil which I cancelled. I’ve asked for a refund for items that never came and now three weeks on nothing. After writing my review I got a reply sadly still not sorted as I did not get the items which they say were delivered. I just wish someone would call me or give a number to call as it seems no one can read what I’m writing. Only two items arrived not the four I ordered. One of the items was the one I cancelled. I can’t return two of the items as they never arrived.
I suggest you don’t allow people to buy multiple orders as it’s too confusing and reading the reviews it happens all the time .
I request you carefully read my E mails and see what arrived and what didn’t then either refund me or send the items .
I have never had any issues like this with Amazon

I purchased a armchair for my disabled brother and you assured me you would deliver to his living room. Instead you dumped it his hallway which meant my 70 year old brother who also has a bad heart had to manoevure it himself to gain access to front door
Dreadful service

First looked on manomano on Google the Brilliant jcb tool kits took my eye Brilliant value for money,5 star review for 5 star company,will shop again,highly recommended to all

Awful. Stay away. Day bed ordered and came in two separate deliveries. Poor quality item and they said I had to pay delivery back to them and a 10% restocking fee. Very poor.

Absolute crap! Ordered 4items , 1 is missing and they don’t know where , 1 arrived broken and the other 2 were nothing like advertised. Customer service is terrible, delivery takes forever and returns are impossible.

Worst experience ever, if you want to order anything. Please for your sake don’t use ManoMano. Go elsewhere.

I made a mistake in an order and cancelled it within minutes, but due to the weekend the item was dispatched anyway. Customer service really looked after me and liaised with the end supplier to ensure I was refunded immediately. This is really top class excellent service, which makes me very keen to highly recommend ManoMano to anyone wanting to purchase items they have for sale.
